I'd like some instructions to help me intentionally leave my body. I've done it unintentionally briefly and sometimes in my sleep I can direct myself to other parts of the world and simply observe unnoticed but I don't seem to be making any progress with O.B.E. in my meditations.

Can anyone offer some guidance?

It would be much appreciated,

Brightwarrior

sometimes you can try too hard so relax and let it flow over you, also dont get too comfy or you will fall asleep.

So you are saying don't get too relax. These are helpful answers thanks.

"Why?" is the question posed by the Buddhists. I think it is valid.

As Richard Bach once said, you do things for only two reasons: fun and learning.

It will answer all your questions. :) I have OBE'ed with the instructions posted there! You can do it many times whenever you like when you got the techniques right.
