Someone said that god can't know himself directly if I tell you that god knows all! He is the alpha and omega after all! Why would he need to experience his self through his child? Would it not be the other way around we need to experience and learn of him? We are here on this earth as human being experiencing life and learning! Did you see god walking on this earth asking anyone to make him learn something? God know everything every where at the same time! not limited by space or time!

It seems you have answered your own question WT.In fact you have asked quite a few questions and seem to already have your answer to most of them. Perhaps you may soon ask a question to which you genuinely dont know the answer to.I look forward to this,in fact most on this site will. We much prefer genuine seekers of knowledge than those who merely wish to use the questions section to ram home their "own" point of view.Lets face it WT ,we have enough pulpits for that dont we?

don't worry evelyn we reap what we sow that is why we should always seek harmony! and not give in to the fear and jalousy in this world some know more and some know less it is by sharing that we learn more and understand each other!

God understands himsef, he is everything together and he is able to feel all experiances from all systems and all deminsions, densitys and even what we think of as inatimate objects. He also has his own personality. I have used this quopte a few times on these post but i will do it agian . I am sorry to repeat but this is hands down the BEST explination for it!

"God is more than the sum of all the probable systems of reality he has created ,and yet he is within each one of these, without exeption. He is therefore within each man and women , he is also within each spider, shadow and frog, and this is what man does not like to admit. God can only be experianced, and you experience him whether or not u reailize it through your own existance. In the most inexapable truth, he is not human in ur tems at all, nor in ur terms is he a personality. Your ideas of personality are too limited to contain the facitts of his multideminsonal existance,," ................Seth Speks, The Eternal Validity of the Soul...... Channeled by Jane Robberts Recorded by Robbert Butts Material by Seth

You are cocreators. What you call God is the sum of all consciousness, and yet the whole is more than the sum of Its parts. God is more than the sum of all personalities, and yet all personalities are what He is. There is constant creation. There is within you a force that knew how to grow you from a fetus to a grown adult. This force is part of the innate knowledge within all consciousness, and it is a part of the God within you.

— The Seth Material, Jane Roberts pg. 246, 2001

There is no personal God-individual in Christian terms...and yet you do have access to a portion of All That Is, a portion highly attuned to you...There is a portion of All That Is directed and focused within each individual, residing within each consciousness. Each consciousness is, therefore, cherished and individually protected. This portion of overall consciousness is individualized within you. The personality of God as generally conceived is a one-dimensional concept based upon man's small knowledge of his own psychology. What you prefer to think of as God is, again, an energy gestalt or pyramid consciousness. It is aware of itself as bein, for instance, you, Joseph. It is aware of itself as the smallest seed...This portion of All That Is that is aware of itself as you, that is focused within your existence, can be called upon for help when necessary. This portion is also aware of itself as something more than you. This portion that knows itself as you, and as more than you, is the personal God, you see. Again: this gestalt, this portion of All That Is, looks out for your interests and may be called upon in a personal manner. Prayer contains its own answer, and if there is no white-haired kind old father-God to hear, then there is instead the initial and ever expanding energy that forms everything that is and of which each human being is a part. This psychic gestalt may sound impersonal to you, but since its energy forms your person, how can this be? If you prefer to call this supreme psychic gestalt God, then you must not attempt to objectify him, for he is the nuclei of your cells and more intimate than your breath.

(29 Aug '11, 02:14) white tiger

not sure who that someone is and whether or not he was fully conscious when this flash of light appeared in his mind.
a god, at any level, should have self-consciousness otherwise he/she would not be a god nor even be at a human level.
now whether or not this god has attained his/her full potential may be another story.
it is we who are unable to know the All directly

Are we "unable to know the All directly"? Or is it believing that is so, that keeps us from 'knowing' or 'experiencing' It ?

(13 May '11, 01:26) Michaela

yes michaela believing stop you from lots of stuff!

(13 May '11, 17:46) white tiger

michaela, intuitive perception is what we experience, do not believe it can be duplicated because each of us is of a different wave. yet what we believe or follow may be apart from our intuition, what is called dammed back. do you know yourself directly?

(14 May '11, 01:42) fred

michaela yes you can experiance god directly i have and so can you! the question is more are you ready to do it?

(22 Jun '11, 00:37) white tiger

michaela, knowing is part of our intuition and a valid source of knowledge, eventhough it does not meet with the scientific method. i don't believe the All can be measured or quantified by mere human brain-mind. for me it is the resonance felt when thinking of/about boundless space or absolute infinitude and the most realistic argument for why i am here and where i am going.

If at a subatomic level everything is energy, which is so, and if energy is consciousness and love and god--god is in everything. And if god is in everything--we are god or at least a part of god. So if we are god and if we are the creators of our own reality anything is possible. I think God is all about possibilities. And so then possiblitlies in our universe and/or many universes are virtually infinite. This leads me to believe that God might be curious in his or her or its nature and maybe we are not here to learn from god but we are here instead to teach god about possiblities. God and our existence is all about possibilities of reality. He knows himself through us.

i don't think we can teach god anny thing he all ready knows everything past present and future! the only thing i think he does not know is when you are going to make a new choice to something you are always doing the same choice! as example you can put weight on a stick you know that in the future the stick will break but you do not know when and how!

Not really because if we think back to Moses when Moses asked who shall I say sent me God answered I Am that I Am, also translated to I will be what I will be. He said he is the God of Abraham he was in the beginning and will be to the end. He did not say to Moses like so many of us might say, "You know, I am not really sure who I am, what is my purpose or reason for being?", "I just don't know you tell me." God knew himself then as he does now.

If you are asking why God came as Jesus that is something else, he came to be human to show us what we are capable of in our highest ideal of ourselves as the sons and daughters of God. Second he came to buy us back from Satan to step in and pay our price for us. We are condemned for our sin before the judge and Jesus stepped in and said I'll pay the price for him, I'll take the punishment for the crime.

well wade moses asked god what name he should give when people ask about him god and he said i am that i am! so he is god and does not need a name to know he is god! if i ask you wade are you human? will you say i am that or that i am?

(22 Jun '11, 00:43) white tiger

also wade jesus never said he was god he said he was the son and god was the father and that we are all brother and sister! find one place in the bible where jesus say he is the father! i think you will not find such a place!

(22 Jun '11, 00:46) white tiger

That is exactly what I was saying that God absolutely knows himself, just as I know myself. Jesus did say I am my Father God are one, Yes we are brothers and sisters of Jesus.

(22 Jun '11, 01:38) Wade Casaldi

But Jesus answered them, 'My Father is working still, and I am still working.' This was why the Jews sought all the more to kill him, because he not only broke the sabbath, but also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God. ( John 5:16-18)

"Whoever hates me hates my Father also." ( John 15:23)

"If I am not doing the works of my Father, then do not believe me; but if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father." ( John 10:37-38)

(22 Jun '11, 14:05) white tiger

in the works we are one united! but we are the son and not the father! even if you are very similar to the father and are a part of him make in is image you are not him yet! once you are him you will have to do is works every where showing your son how to do there works!

(22 Jun '11, 14:09) white tiger

You keep going off on tangents. God is the Alpha and Omega of course I am not the Alpha and Omega neither are you. We are the offspring that is a big thing a lot more than most attribute to human as Jesus showed us. If you do not wish to believe in Jesus as your personal savior that is up to you to decide. I can not decide that for you or anyone other than my own self.

(22 Jun '11, 16:21) Wade Casaldi

wade i did not see jesus at god side! and god did not talk to me about jesus! for me jesus is same as us doing the work of the father! if jesus wants to come and talk with me he can! the important part about jesus is to understand is message and not to worship him!

I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.1. You shall have no other gods before Me.2. You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 5you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments

(22 Jun '11, 17:49) white tiger

(Exodus 20:2-7). 3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain....

3 John 1:4 I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.

(22 Jun '11, 18:03) white tiger

WT< Jesus was WITH GOD at the beginning of all time...This is a Biblical truth...Are YOU walking in the Truth??? Are you saying that Jesus was not God?? Is this what is bugging you? I really want to know where you stand in regards to Christianity...What IS your religion?...this might help everyone understand where you are coming from....Jaianniah

(22 Jun '11, 22:34) Jaianniah

2 he looked out in a field and saw a well where shepherds took their sheep for water. Three flocks of sheep were lying around the well, which was covered with a large rock.
