You have answered this in your previous post :)

I always lucid dream i love it. You can explore your subconscious mind indepth if you learn to pick out the symbology in them.

This is from Wikipedia:

'A lucid dream is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming. The term was coined by the Dutch psychiatrist and writer Frederik (Willem) van Eeden (1860–1932).[1] In a lucid dream, the dreamer can actively participate in and manipulate imaginary experiences in the dream environment[2]. Lucid dreams can seem real and vivid[3].

A lucid dream can begin in one of two ways. A dream-initiated lucid dream (DILD) starts as a normal dream, and the dreamer eventually concludes it is a dream, while a wake-initiated lucid dream (WILD) occurs when the dreamer goes from a normal waking state directly into a dream state, with no apparent lapse in consciousness.'

Enjoy dreaming!

It's quite exciting when you realise other people have similar experiences and you thought you were on your own! My take on it is people that have experimented with hallucinogens or are on some kind of spiritual journey/awakening, seem to experience this kind of thing perhaps more than others. In regards to Astral Projection, I get this too. It has happened for about five years for me aswell. I didn't know what it was but i spoke to a friends mother and she said she commonly practices Astral Projection. You might want to do a bit of research as I know there is skepticsm over the dangers of

of it. Fun though. Don't worry about any of this just read up on yours/others experiences and it will give you knowledge and reassurance to progress down whatever path it is your're going down- safely and happily :)
