Look around you...everything you see you have manifested albeit unconsciously.
If you want to begin to consciously manifesting I'd suggest taking a look at Stingray's manifesting experiments. Here's the link to the 1st one... http://www.inwardquest.com/questions/2915/manifesting-experiment-1-the-manifesting-box-method-how-to-get-what-you-wan ( there are 4 in total ). Here are step by step instructions on how to deliberately attract things, people and events into your life:
In other words when we truly understand that our reality is created using thought, imagination and feeling, and we continue to believe it without doubt; then we are happy and feel good always so the Universe must yield whatever we desire to us.

You want to manifest something specific? Any number of methods will assist you. Do you just want your life to be better? More money? Better love? Easier life? That is simple- if you want a taste of that just simply do a 30 days of gratitude challenge. Record and journal. It will be the most uplifting and happiest roller-coaster days you've had in a few years. It's the best buzz.
Appreciation= all you have to do. If you want to manifest something specifically, this is my similar method. 1) write down what you want on a palm card. Be specific and write in the present tense 2) Hide the card in a place where you cannot see it but will be able to find it 3) Forget about what you wrote or what thing you want manifested. How? Many experts will volunteer 'being in the moment.' An easier method, and equally and also the same, is to have thoughts of appreciation. Appreciate things by noticing the opposite of it, and the contrast brings appreciation into your emotion. Eg) If you didn't have eyes, you would'nt be able to appreciate the opposite sex visually. 4) actually feeling appreciation will token as a drug to speed up your days with happiness. Actual physical and tangible things in your life will now present themselves to you that magnify your appreciation or happiness levels. During the 30 day challenge, you wont ever feel 'bad.' Feeling 'bad' will just be a sticky note saying that you aren't appreciative enough.
Honestly, appreciation enhances your entire life. It really is that simple. You can have, do, or be ANYTHING you want. Just appreciate where you are first and your desires will come to you effortlessly. That's the truth.

Most everyone on here are great and wise people,,, the 2 messages you have are perfect. One thing I have learned in channeling and looking within is that I do not get upset when I go without the things I want because i do nott attach negative emotions to this. When I REALLY want something, I can manifest it almost instantly without a dime. It is BECAUSE I tend to manifest these things for others or to help others ! This in my heart is the BEST way . please, Eddie and Michaela are both great and wise souls, they know what they talk about !
love n light
Here is a story that's completely made up.
I think there is point in this somewhere.
I had just left the coffee house where I had a psychic reading and was told some wonderful news about the imminent fulfillment of one of my long last desires.
I felt fantastic
And as I was walking down the street I saw a beautiful house.
The people who lived there seem so happy and at peace.
I wanted that.
So I decided that I will have my own house.
I didn't know how to build one.
So I went to the architect in the village and asked him to show me how to build a house.
I distinctly remember saying "help"
He explained exactly how to build a house.
I was thankful for his advice.
But at the end of it I didn't have a house.
I only had great advice, and what's the point of that?
So I went to the actual builders who worked for the architect.
They showed me exactly how to build a house and where to get the materials.
This was much better information than what the architect gave me.
It was fantastic!
And I still didn't have a F#%&*NG house.
I got depressed and went looking for the psychic who first told me that I am about to get a brand new house.
She had disappeared! Tarot cards and all.
To cheer myself up I decided to help another by volunteering at habitat for humanity.
They gave me a hammer and nails and said "OK go over there and whack these into that plank of wood"
I said "but I don't know how to build a house"
They said "Don't worry, you don't need to know that for now, all you need to do is to learn to whack these nails"
I took my first swing and whacked my thumb instead of the nail.
After sharing my knowledge of four letter words with great enthusiasm I threatened to quit then and there.
But the other volunteers all crowded around me and said "congratulations everybody whacks their thumb the first time"
I didn't know that building a house would be so painful.
So I showed up every day and focused on little tasks not realizing how the project will come together.
I found myself becoming more confident in doing stuff with less and less supervision.
Eventually I started trying things without asking for advice.
I found that whenever I screwed up I had a better understanding on exactly what advice to ask for.
We worked on foundations; framing, the roof, drywall, doors and windows, plumbing, electrical, and eventually we all painted and decorated the insides as a team.
When we were done there was a house standing.
It was beautiful.
The experience was nothing like the advice that I got from the psychic, the architect, or the building contractors.
It took work, and let me tell you, every day I asked myself "Is this really going to result in a house? Is this effort worth it?"
I realized that dreaming of a house and actually building one are two completely different things.
When the architect showed me how to build a house, in my following depression, I blamed him, for every reason why I didn't get started.
Now looking back, I realize that I couldn't relate to his advice because I didn't get started.
Instead of asking "How do I build a house" I should have asked how do I whack a nail into a plank and not hit my thumb.
I am now building my own house and I am asking questions according to the problems that I am encountering while building it.
I no longer visit my psychic.
There are so many books on manifesting you can read on line right here at Psi Tek and all for free. Read some of them and you will learn how to manifest. Most people have their own preferences and you can find your own by learning what works for you.

there is nothing like a hard-n-fast rule to manifest. so when u say abt a step by step procedure, its not that if u dnt follow them or if u follow some other technique, it will not manifest. im new to this site, so ill read abt these steps in a day or two, so i dnt hav any authority to comment on their effectiveness. but as of now, i wd suggest u to read -- the power of ur subconscious mind--- by joseph murphy. its so simple. the techniques r very simple, and u can choose from a wide range of techniques whichever appeals to u. although ive read the most popular works on LOA, but i feel, initially, u can start with what ive suggested u. later u can follow ur intuition and chooe what u feel appropriate and appealing.
