Eddie mentioned in an answer that

While the past year really has felt like 'ground hog' year for me, I realize that the reason it seems that way is because I'm choosing to infinitely speed up my perceptions, rendering my day to day reality almost motionless in terms of the movement of time. Now I'm here, now I'm here...

Another one of the benefits of quantum living is that due to having as much or as little time as needed, everything always gets done in a relaxed and stress-free manner; I love it

So, I am wondering, what is quantum living? And how do you do it? Thanks!

The Label

First of all, 'quantum living' is simply a word that I made up, on the spot, at the time I wrote that post. It doesn't really mean anything that I'm aware of, although I've heard of quantum jumping. Of course, like any other term, you can choose to assign any meaning you want to it...

I like the word 'quantum' because to me it implies being in more than one place simultaneously. And as I said, my experience during the past year has often been to become aware of being at a particular location with no recollection of the journey time that it logically would have taken to arrive there from another location.

The Elements

Once you've grasped the idea that time is really an illusion, the concept of quantum will make more sense to you. When you consider that linear or chronological time only exists from our limited 3D/4D perspective and that the now moment is all there really is; then obviously, you/me/we/us exist everywhere simultaneously, we are omnipresent.

So following on from that understanding, it makes sense that we can choose to become aware of existing at any location we want to, because we do exist everywhere. To further understand this concept, looking into the idea of infinite parallel realities is helpful.

The Effects

Now considering this, it really is possible to, for instance: become aware that you've arrived home without remembering that you went out. Although when you check the time X minutes or hours will have passed. You've jumped out of time and jumped back in somewhere else, relatively speaking.

Thus it's also possible to arrive at the end result of say: building up a business without going through the process of experiencing the development of it. However, since we may have come here to experience such a process, that seems pointless to me.

Quite often, I intend to do something like washing the dishes and realize that I've already done that task; that always brings a smile to my face :)

The point is that the more you are aware of the now moment, the less time you need to create in order to exist within and to experience anything. And as a bonus, the less time you create in order to experience, the less time there is in which to age.

The How

Open your mind. I first heard of these kinds of concepts from Abraham, Bashar, Seth and Kryon. They all offer information from other dimensional perspectives. When I first heard this kind of stuff more than 10 years ago, in my ignorance I dismissed it as nonsense, which, in a way it is - as to grasp it often means not relying on our physical senses.

About 5 years ago I picked up on these ideas and concepts again and this time they really resonated with me. Those ideas excited me, so I allowed for the possibility that reality could actually be different than what I had been taught. Then, the more I examined and explored these ideas, the more I believed them. And now, from my own experience I'm beginning to see such things as time-slippage occurring within my reality.

Consider this: you're at home and you think about driving your vehicle for 30 minutes to visit a friend. Your mind may complain that it's a long drive or there's too much traffic or whatever objection it comes up with. However, if you proceed to drive your vehicle to visit your friend, whilst really listening to your favorite music, at the end of your journey it will not seem as though 30 minutes has passed. Why? Because when you do that which you love, you always exist in the now moment.

Practice and see/notice for yourself. You can always choose which part of your journey you want to fully experience and be fully aware of or you can skip parts of it. But one thing to remember is that the process of life is a continual state of becoming, so enjoy all of it as much as possible - because there is no final destination.

So I guess to use that term: 'quantum living' is being more aware of existing in the now moment than not.

I have noticed that I can 'tag' a point in the future, then when it gets there, it seems like yesterday that I tagged it, but I still recall the time between. I have also noticed that you can get absorbed in something and lose track of time, it just slips by. I also noticed that this distraction can be bad for some things, like spending time with a loved one or a workout. A workout should be noticed, every move, so that you get the most from your workout. I call it the brain to muscle connection.

When time slips by, I call it time-slippage and I say that when you don't notice the time you're outside of the experience of it, so you're not aging.

(16 Nov '11, 01:15) Eddie

eddie is it like if you are running against someone else and the time stop and you are 100 meter in front of him when the time comes back?

(17 Nov '11, 01:04) white tiger

WT - the way I see it is that due to creation already being finished, time doesn't really exist, although there are an infinite number of parallel realities. We have the ability to jump to any point in what we call 'time' (parallel reality) and then to any other point. I have not mastered doing this, but am aware that's it's happening more frequently :)

Quantum Living is living life to its fullest.

Not just for ourselves, but also helping others and, together,

creating the world we all want to live in.

Just as we know a quantum leap to be a sudden large advance or breakthrough, quantum living is that moment when all conditions come together for an individual, or group of individuals, to thrust forward into a more enlightened state, altering the course of events forever.

Such a leap in consciousness is not impossible. Consider one of the amazing discoveries in quantum theory that demonstrates objects at a sub-atomic level can dematerialize in one place and then rematerialize in another place without "moving" in a continuous fashion between the two places.

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE!

Translated into everyday living, this concept liberates us from the conventional limitations of time and space in order to achieve change.

Dramatic shifts in consciousness can happen in what seems to be an instant by leaping from one place in consciousness to a very different place of awareness and understanding.

Enlightened choices lead to transformational results

Just as quantum mechanics revolutionized the classical physics of the day by challenging traditional scientific perceptions and understandings, living at this higher perspective revolutionizes how we perceive life, what choices we make, and the results we create.

"We must be the change we wish to see."--MK Gandhi

In order to change our condition in life, our relationships, or the world around us, we must first make the choice ourselves to become the way we wish others to be. Sound impossible? It's not.

Our Institute promotes such personal, spiritual, and social transformation through what we call transformational learning--learning from the heart and not just the intellect.

We learn from the world's great teachers in all areas of life and we are transformed as we awaken to new revelations that shift our perceptions and understandings.

Our tools are practical and can be put to use right away.

We invite you to join us and the many others

who are awakening to their divine origin, reconnecting with nature,

and choosing to create a better world.

For those called to serve in a personal ministry, Quantum Living Institute offers ordination into The Mystical Order of the Divine Presence.

You may call it a newfangled name, but actually, Quantum Living has been around for centuries. I have lived it, but I called it by a rather old and time-worn name:

Motherhood...

I did many things all at the same time. Every moment was full, and I lived to the fullest. It was the most dynamic time of my life...I raised four children while my husband traveled Monday through Friday. I did not get a dishwasher until I was 42. I did not have a full-sized washer and dryer until I was 46...Imagine drying twenty pairs of jeans a week in a 110-volt portable dryer...It has been said before: I was a cook, a psychologist, a housekeeper, a laundress, a veterinarian for as many as 11 cats at once, dogs(always at least two at a time), dwarf hamsters, a rat named Jenny, guinea pigs, and even a rabbit. I refereed fights, took my children to the library every week (which was complicated because they each checked out ten books at a time...it was worth it because it would buy me about two days of peace...until the books ran out...I had to make a list of all forty of the books: colors, sizes, etc..in case one got lost...). Our septic system was constantly bad, and this meant that the grey water from the washer had to be surreptitiously dumped on the front lawn. I invented a siphon system, and earned the Title amongst my somewhat deranged children as "Sultress of Suck"....Don't even mention band..I had a French Horn Player, a Flute Player, and an Oboe Player- all who had to practice every night...I really could list much, much more., but I suppose you get the point...

Quantum Living??? You must be kidding. I have been doing it all my life...I was the oldest child, and my Mom worked, so I raised my much younger sisters, too...

I just see a giant-sized bottle of Tide with Bleach, and have flashbacks and need to be treated for PTSD [as she laughs in a definitely deranged manner...] I was a mom from 1977 until 2005, when my youngest turned 18: then I tried to retire, but they just keep on insisting that they need me for stuff...advice on their kids,if you know what I mean...

To this day, I cannot eat hot dogs, fish sticks, corn dogs, Jello, spaghetti, HiC, or cheap ketchup.

Sorry for the rant.

To sum it all up, I had this Bumper Sticker on the back of my Dodge Ram Nine-Passenger Van:

All Moms are Working Mothers

Kidding aside, I was happy and very busy, and all my kids turned out great. But I hate to inform you that I have had a whole life of what you call "Quantum Living". So what do I do when I am finally free???? Enroll in College...(I have four classes left- hooray)...What does this say about me??? I already know all about Quantum Living!

Blessings, Jaianniah
