To understand this question, you have to understand how I feel...

I feel about 25...

BUT---I am middle-aged, have arthritis, degenerative disc disease, diabetes, etc. etc. But is aging really only exchanging beauty, agility, and energy for valuable wisdom and experience??? If so, what's the big deal?

As long as I feel 25, well then...Can't I just be there, at 25, forever?

Is aging a lot less than it is cracked up to be, or is it a really big deal?

Have fun debating,

Jai ♥♥♥

@Jaianniah I have just started on the MSM/Vit C regime (as mentioned by Stingray in a previous post) - maybe if you started that we could compare notes. I am hoping for some visible signs of a decrease in the ageing process.

@Catherine, I was thinking abt trying that, too! I can't remember the amounts of each that we're to take. Can you let me know?

aging or ripening is
part of creation
it is designed to occur

how we let it is our

If you agree that time is an illusion, then it is not difficult to link that to age and also say that age is also an illusion. I believe some pictures of bodybuilders who are over 70 years old posted on this site before who look only 30-40 plus years old, and people who are only 30-40 years old whom look like they are over 70 years old.

Although most people who are old usually have all these common diseases, there are also people who are old whom are completely healthy and have no sort of diseases before. On the other hand there are young people who have more diseases than some old people...

The main reason I feel that makes people age is experience. If you have seen a lot of stuff in this world, then you would tend to not be able to keep a pure state of mind that easily as compared to young children whom are only a few years old. Thus, if you are able to keep all these negative experiences out of your mind, then that is probably the real key to staying young as long as possible.
