I made up this guided meditation to go after my stretch session. It felt amazing. However, just writing the description in an answer to another question, brought the same amazing feeling without actually laying down and doing the guided meditation, just sitting here typing it. So, I thought I would see how it makes other people feel to just read it if they haven't already done the guided meditation. So, how does reading this guided meditation make you feel? Thanks.
Lay on the floor and breathe. Your head and neck are so relaxed that they sink into the floor. Your shoulders and arms are so relaxed that they sink into the floor. Your back is so relaxed that it sinks into the floor. Your hips are so relaxed that they sink into the floor. Your legs are so relaxed that they sink into the floor. Your feet are so relaxed that they sink into the floor. Your whole body is so relaxed that it sinks into the floor, taking the carpet with you. Now you are so relaxed, that you float up, up, up. You look down and see yourself lying there on the floor. Now you move back and see the whole room. Now you move back and see the whole house. Now you move back and see the whole city/town. Now you move back and see the whole state/province. Now you move back and see the whole country. Now you move back and see the whole continent. Now you move back and see the whole planet. Now you move back and see the moon, and past it, the earth. Now you move back and see the sun. Now you move back and see the whole solar system. Now you move back and see the whole Milky Way Galaxy. Now you move back and see many galaxies of different shapes and sizes. Now you move back and see the whole universe as a bright shining light. Now the light gets bigger and bigger as you move closer and closer. You move closer and closer until you can see that it is you. Now you feel yourself expanding as the universe. Now just enjoy that feeling as long as you want and get up slowly when you are ready.
Wow. Great Job ! i know it is hard to put down the words well enuff to resonate with people. But u did great job. I hope u will add it to some mellow nature sounds and make it into youtube vid. That be GREAT! thank u for sharing it. I did mine and people have found it to be great too.

I enjoyed this meditation. I found that as you were counting to 10 I was crying. I don't know why, but as you got closer to 10 the tears were really flowing. I know to just let them flow and release whatever it is, but it's still a little strange to me. I will continue to do this meditation so that I can move on to the 2nd one. Looking forward to it. Thank you.
Amazzingg. Didnt realize i was dripping sweat until i came back to conciousness. Is this normal? Anyways, had a really positive, genuine experience, and will definitely be doing this regularly. Maybe next time ill wait until AFTER to shower. c;
Thank you rob. I never had an out of body experience like this. My body is literally asleep and my mind fully conscious. Oh, how I realize now my mastery of limitation. When I first started listening a few weeks back, it really woke me up. The energy flows better now since doing it every day. Cheers

This is excellent. I felt myself relaxing just reading it thanks to the clever choice of words. I think you should take Rob's advice here and record this (in an Irish accent of course:)) with some relaxing music or nature sounds behind it. Well done and thanks for sharing.
Great meditation Fairy Princess it is almost self hypnosis when one reads it. Will be doing this one for sure.
