I think that all my problems (from social anxiety to depression) are the results from not dealing with my emotions. My miserable life started when I lost the girl I love, then my dog died (it was my fault, I could have save him), my friend died, then I had acne... How to find courage to deal with my suppressed emotions? I know eft but it's just too painful and therefore I don't even start tapping. I also have nobody in my life (no friends, girlfriend, supportive family...) who would give me the courage to finally change my life. I really need an advice. I know how to deal with negative emotions (eft, visualization...) but I just cant seem to start.

This is a good thread to get some understanding that a lot of people do have problems getting started on vibrational work.
From my past experience, it seemed that I would wait until things got really out of hand and there was really no more I could take of my current situation without having a complete breakdown before sitting down with and really moulding my vibration (whether that was through just EFT or Manifesting Experiment 4).
My theory on this is that your current dominant negative vibration is what stops you from doing the work that would get you out of this situation as things getting better is not yet a vibrational match to the way you are feeling.
So, the only thing that will work is to just force yourself to commit to the time and just do the vibrational work required.
This is probably not very good to hear but we will all do the vibrational work at some point or another. It is just a case of how far we want to push the bar in terms of suffering before we think it is now time to do the vibrational work that will make things better.

I tried EFT, but it hurt my shoulders. Also, looking for problems to tap seemed to provide an endless stream of problems and it became overwhelming. Looking back into the darkness of my past has only caused more pain and division in my life and family. Also, if we are in the past, even to clear it, we are not in the present moment Now. I came up with a way to center yourself and be in the Now. I call it Two Hands Touching. Use it any time you feel stress, anxiety, fear, etc... It even takes away hiccups and helps with ADHD.
Two Hands Touching Place the palms of your hands together and close your eyes. Ask yourself quietly in your mind, "What do my hands feel like?" Then feel the answer in your hands. Don't try to name the feelings, don't try to think or not think, just feel your hands. Do this for at least 30 seconds and up to as long as you like. Do it as often as you think of it, especially when you feel any kind of stress.
If you want to use it for a specific issue, turn the issue into an affirmation and do THT with the affirmation. There are many ways this can be used to feel better Now. It's so fast and easy that you can get a lot done in just a couple of minutes.
