What is the best, or the fastest exercise that you can use to come into alignment? I have to change certain things in my Life (actually a lot of things), I want to get into alignment with what I want, what is the fastest way to do that?

@Evolutionary High Just go for a walk in nature - distract yourself from whatever it is you want with the sights and sounds of nature.

@Evolutionary High, there are many approaches you can use to come into alignment with what you want; the best approach to use will be determined by how you feel about the thing you want. Have a look at this manifesting guide, and follow the links:

if you are not in alignement what tells you that what you want is what you need?

as for the best exercise to getting in alignement i would say meditating with open eye fixing a point in front of you that is not there focusing your awareness and concentration until you can see the water(soul:mind and heart) and keeping on going until you see the reflection of the light on the water. then you will clearly see what is not in alignement, learning from the light. lets say that in the water there is a balence to be achive over the duality of everything that disturb you or that is unsolved. i could give you 2 example to try to explain it to you. example :1 imagine every one of those object not in alignement as a board with a circular hole in the middle only once they are in alignement can you see clearly on the other side. then you will be properly aligned with truth (>0<). but to do this you need to learn the truth about each object and aligne them properly. example:2 go out to a pond look at your reflection in the water and cast some stone,it is similar to what you are doing each day in the inside of the cup. when you cast stone can you see the reflection of your self? is your image in harmony? well it is the same with the light that you are.

Jesus saw infants being suckled. He said to his disciples, "These infants being suckled are like those who enter the kingdom." They said to him, "Shall we then, as children, enter the kingdom?" Jesus said to them, "When you make the two one, and when you make the inside like the outside and the outside like the inside, and the above like the below, and when you make the male and the female one and the same, so that the male not be male nor the female female; and when you fashion eyes in the place of an eye, and a hand in place of a hand, and a foot in place of a foot, and a likeness in place of a likeness; then will you enter the kingdom."

Jesus said, "When you see your likeness, you rejoice. But when you see your images which came into being before you, and which neither die not become manifest, how much you will have to bear!"

Jesus said, "If two make peace with each other in this one house, they will say to the mountain, 'Move Away,' and it will move away.
