For the exercises in the Master Key System, like 7,8 and on, where there is no length of time specified, how long do we meditate. Until we feel we have met the required thoughts, or the longest length we have meditated 15 minute?
These exercises, when done properly, take a lot of energy to start with ... they may seem simple but a concentrated flow of conscious effort can only be maintained for short periods ... i would suggest just a few minutes a day and up to 15 minutes is ample ... all this of course depends on individual capacities ... have fun with it
