I get migraines. They are awful. I am tired of them. Is there some spiritual way to cope with them?

This is what it feels like. Can you relate? What do you do to cope with these awful headaches? I often feel that when I get an attack, that God hates me. Do you understand this?

Could you give us more information as to when do they occur ? Also, as migraines usually affect one side of the head, which side is it ? A metaphysical understanding of your migraines is a great start to see them disappear. Once you understand why it happens, you own the dis-ease, and you can change it. Thank you.

Jai , why not ask Wade to do some Reiki when these occur and in the meantime start doing self maintenance Reiki 15 mins a day , just a thought ♥♥♥

Most anyone I treat usually feels better. I treat Jai and think I made some real progress, only to find out it seems like I didn't affect it.

The only thing I can think of is attachment. I care about her so much that the attachment to worry over her blocks it.

For Reiki to work you need to be unattached.

Perhaps Wade this is a belief you could look at , I am also a Reiki Master , I haven't ever had a problem treating family close or otherwise, whether it's hands on or distance , just saying :-)

My ex husband used to get migraines , I watched him push himself until his body said ok , enough , if you won't slow down , I'll do it for you . My daughter also is of the same nature and guess what , she gets 'em too .

Natural Therapy For Headaches! In about 5 mins, your headache will go.......

The nose has a left and a right side. ... We use both to inhale and exhale. Actually they are different. You'll be able to feel the difference.

The right side represents the sun. The left side represents the moon.

During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe. In about 5 mins, your headache will go.

If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose. After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.

Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily. Left side belongs to 'cold'.

Most females breathe with their left noses, so they get "cooled off" faster. Most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up.

Do you notice, the moment you awake, which side breathes better? Left or right ? If left is better, you will feel tired. So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing.. You will feel refreshed quickly.

Do you suffer from continual headaches? Try out this breathing therapy.

Close your right nose and breathe through your left nose. Your headaches will be gone. Continued the exercise for one month.

Why not give it a try.....a natural therapy without medication.

My best advice would be to relax. When you get a migraine, stop what you are doing and lay down (or sit) and relax focusing on your breathing. It should at least lessen the pain.
