You can use what you feel comfortable with, or here are some examples: use a black and white picture of a circle, focused on the black dot in the centre of the circle, close your eyes, see the picture of the circle in your mind eyes, or use a solid color, orange, or yellow picture of a triangle, focus on the triangle, hold the picture in your mind, close your eyes and see the picture of the triangle in your mind eyes. There are many other objects, or symbols that you can use for your visualization exercise, the possibilities are endless. Have fun!
