dear friends..

how can one access their akashic records?

Do I meditate? Go into a trance? How do you go there to see for yourself that it exists ?

can it be accessed while having an "out-of-the-body experience" ?

tell me, what happens after we have gone through our akashic records? does we develop more psychically?

is it like..,numerology or astrology, where there will be info..relating to ur birthdate and birth time?

The author "Linda Howe describes them in her book "How to Read the Akashic Records: Accessing the Archive of the Soul and Its Journey" as, "a dimension of consciousness that contains a vibrational record of every soul and its journey. This vibrational body exists everywhere in its entirety and is completely available at all times and in all places. As such, the Records are an experiential body of knowledge that contains everything that every soul has ever thought, said, and done over the course of its existence, as well as all its future possibilities".

She also says that if you want to feel and appreciated, access your Akashic Records - the record of your life force throughout eternity.

Being in the Akashic Records involves the transmission of energy first, followed by information.

its more of like.. - an etheric library.. so going into them ,will have a dream-like, etheric quality to it. If you have ever seen "The Golden Compass", when the girl looks at the compass and asks questions and sees symbols and images - it can be very similar to that, especially at the beginning. Then it can become more like watching a movie. Or the dreamlike experience of Robin Williams in "What Dreams May Come" is also a similar experience. the answers can be more subtle, but since the whole system is very "user-friendly", we can always ask to receive information in a way that we can understand, or for a deeper understanding.

The primary focus of this particular prayer is the Heart or Center of Love within the Records and the person engaged in the process. It offers a clear, direct way to have a more conscious relationship with your soul and greater awareness of the Divine presence.

The meditation is like a general tonic, where the Prayer, itself, is very specific. Go here. Follow the directions, and it will get you to this place, and it will get you back, consciously, deliberately, and responsibly.

Interestingly, when you use the Prayer, two things happen. It puts you, the practitioner, in a place where you can receive, where you can register the information. It makes you more sensitive to everything. Then, with this system, we call up one set of Records at a time. If you are reading your Records, you are going to call your Records up, and those are the only Records you are going to open.

well, i haven't tried this yet ..,bt i have read a lot about this prayer that it works. it causes some shift in our conciousness and helps us access our akashic library ..step by step.
