Here is one of those things that I've been doing for years and it's become such a part of my life that I've forgotten I'm doing it. But now, having just remembered that not everyone else might be doing it, I thought it might be useful to mention it in case someone else finds it useful. With me so far? :)

I call this idea The Abraham Jukebox.

It works well with Abraham-Hicks CD recordings but I don't see why it wouldn't work with any other inspirational voice recordings that you prefer that are broken up (track-wise) in an appropriate way.

Here's what you do...

  1. Take all your Abraham CDs and rip them to your favorite mp3 player.

  2. You now have (potentially) hundreds of Abraham CDs on your mp3 player. (I have well over 100 Gb of recordings) The thing about Abraham recordings is that they nearly always have one track per complete question and answer, which is key to making this method work.

  3. Now create a single playlist of all the tracks. It should only take minutes if you create the playlist starting with the root folder of all the CDs you have ripped.

  4. Now just randomize the playlist so that everytime you play a track from it, it is a different track.

  5. And now, whenever you feel inspired, just listen to a track from that playlist on your mp3 player. You can do it while driving, exercising, doing chores around the house, or any time at all you feel like listening.

  6. If your experience is anything like mine, you will be amazed time and time again as problems and questions that are circulating around your mind get answered directly by the random tracks that play. It will seem like you have your own personal reality creation teacher answering your questions and solving your problems for you. :)

Just a tip I thought someone might find helpful :)

As related to Tarot, Carl Jung called Synchronicity, the seeing of a pattern in the cards closely related to the question we've asked. Same with Bibliomancy, I-Ching or any other method here described, as A-H Quotes. :) I am not implying with this that seeking an answer in this fashion is useless, or illusory. On the contrary, it takes to the surface our deepest subconcious thoughts.

For those who don't have a lot of Abraham CDs, the 'youtube' version works pretty well too. When you have suscribed to a few channels where there are short clips of Abraham Hicks videos and viewed a few of them, there will always be one or two of them under the 'Recommended for you' area.. and you will be surprised sometimes how they come at the right time. Or just click around at the right sidebar for related videos randomly.

I was just going to ask that. I cannot get A-H CD's where I live, and was wondering if youtube tracks would do! Thanks for the tip! :)

A variation on this method, proposed by Richard Bach: You can hold in your thought any problem, open a random book on your bookshelf to a random page, and chances are good the answer is there.

Dr. Wayne Dyer, in describing his thought process while writing books, often said that the information that he needed to complete a chapter always appeared at "just the right moment."

It's an old method of divination called Bibliomancy, if read from the Bible or any book, or Stichomancy, when read from any random book. I do it with The Illiad, as of old. I get very good results...

I have saved all my Daily A-H quotes in my Gmail in a file in Gmail and that makes them search-able so I can type a word in my Gmail and find all the quotes that pertain to that word. So kind of a written jukebox. I would recommend Gmail to anyone.

(28 Oct '10, 14:37) AVBhat 1

@AVBhat At Abraham-Hicks website: http://www.abraham-hicks.com/lawofattractionsource/index.php 'subscribe to daily quotes'

Great idea. I use a similar concept to Ursixx's for Abraham quotes. It is awesome.

Tarot, I-Ging etc also work like that. It's sometimes scary how accurate the answers are.

@Satori - I've really only ever followed the weekly workshop seminar recordings, of which there are probably many hundreds now. I consider those in-the-moment interactions to be the "true" Abraham source material so I can't really advise on any of the other products available. Yes, there are a lot of them and especially since they all basically say the same thing :)

(24 Jan '12, 17:21) Stingray

Thanks Stingray, I see these workshop simenars are available for download from their website.and they have a YouTube channel now as well,i think ill download their latest seminars and work back.the fact that listening to their material makes me feel good is worth it for that alone. :)

(25 Jan '12, 05:14) Satori

@Satori - Yep. As long as it feels good, it's worth listening to. And, as soon as it stops feeling good (regardless of who it is), it's time to re-evaluate the situation :)

(25 Jan '12, 06:54) Stingray

@Satori Have to agree with you about AIIG Jerry did a great job narrating Abraham.

(25 Jan '12, 08:35) ursixx

@Ursixx,yes i agree.its well read, think I understand it better now I have listened to it in this format:)
