Possible Duplicate:
Where apathy fits into the Emotional Guidance Scale and how to get out of that feeling?

I find at times wanting to work on raising my vibrations like doing my focus blocks etc but feel too lazy almost to make any effort, as if my inner resistance is manifesting itself as laziness.

This laziness and apathy seems to seep into every aspect of my life nowadays where I feel that I don't have the energy to do anything constructive any more. What should I do about this situation?

Switch to something else that excites you. The world will not end in 2012. You can always return to raising your vibration when you are excited about doing it.
