Hello everybody,

For the last couple of months my mood has been changing steadily for the better. There are still ups and downs here and there, but it's been progressively getting more stable.

A peculiar thing that has happened a few times is that I get really excited, lots of elation and with a surge in physical energy. I feel like something amazing just happened (but I don't know what). Like my body is saying: "Wow, the world just shifted" but at the same time without perceiving anything in particular.

It's hard to describe. It reminds me of being a kid and getting a video game or something I really wanted, having it in my hands (all the excitement, emotion, etc) but with a sense of having to wait to get home to play with it. The "having to wait" was (and is in my current case) not negative at all. It just made the energy increase, a build up of good emotions.

Now, the problem (if I can call it that) is that I'm experiencing that state but there's seemingly nothing to do. I try to think of things to do to milk that state and further my emotional set point, but nothing really comes to mind.At times it feels like I'm wanting to do something but I don't know what that something is.

I'm just wondering if anybody has gone through something similar, also any suggestions/ideas on what to do are really appreciated.

Thanks!

Great question, Kriegerd! I've also been experiencing this lately, like bursts of energy that make me think something is going to happen or an urge to do something but no idea what.

What I do to "milk" the Vortex state (which is what it seems like you are describing) is...

"Milking" the Vortex state as much as you can when you are there is a valuable practice because it makes it easier to return to that state more easily next time.

The more you walk the path back to Vortex alignment and stay there, the more it becomes your good-feeling "Home".

Thank you @Stingray for answering. Last time it happened I used the vortex playlist without knowing it hehe. I had a dip these last couple of days but I'm picking myself up again and look forward to being in that state again.

Thanks again for helping.

Btw, I wanted to mention how much I enjoy your wikipedia style answers hehe. I can easily spend a lot of time jumping from one link to the next collecting a lot of great insights and reminders along the way.

@Stingray: Nice answer Stingray. "Basically, go do anything you feel inspired to do that feels fun at that moment...not to achieve anything in particular but just to prolong the feeling of that NOW moment".

This reminds me of an Eckhart Tolle quote.

"Don't be concerned with the fruit of your action, just give attention to the action itself. The fruit will come of its own accord."

That is a great state to be in, there is an inverse relationship with a persons active mind, meaning the left part of the brain likes high hertz but it blocks out the right sides brain the is connect to the heart. That is why it is important to slow down and meditate, literally do nothing. It then allows us to access the right side of our brain that is connected to our heart that can elevate us to a higher vibrational existence. It sounds like you are heading the right direction.

Thanks for answering. I actually had a pretty big low yesterday and the day before, but I'm again seeing things more clearly. Thanks again.
