Can someone explain this in more simple terms and tell me exactly how to do this exercise? I just want to make sure that I do this exercise properly. Thank-you SO much :-)
What you should do if focus on the fact that knowledge itself is useles unless it is applied. To posess any useful knowledge you have to actualy apply this knowledge in order to receive its benefits. To do this you have to actualy do something not only think about it. Sometimes when we meditate we might receive insights with useful information. This information will soon be lost unles we use it for our or mankinds benefit.
Do your normal meditation and focus on the fact that information or knowledge is of no use unless it is used. Thats all you have to do and this exercises purpose is so that you will know that you have to use the knowledge when and if you do receive it.
Lets say you have a certain problem and you receive an insight that could help you with this problem. Write it down for it will soon be forgotten if you dont. If you don't use the knowledge received than it is of no good to anyone but if you use it and share it than it could help you and maybe others as well.
