I've just put in my first request, and I was thinking what would happen if anyone found my special box. Haha. So, my question is, can we dispose of these written requests after they manifest?

Thanks.

There is nothing magical about the requests - they are just pieces of paper so you can do whatever you like with them.

Since I put dates on my requests, I have found it interesting in the past to hang onto them (and put them in a separate place) because it provides some unique insight into the kind of person I was at the time of making the request.

Sometimes it will be quite surprising to look back at the kinds of things you wanted some years ago and why you wanted them. It can provide a brief reminder of the vibrational attitudes you held back then and how much you have now moved on from them (if you feel you have moved on, of course!)

But, obviously, if you have privacy concerns it would probably be better to dispose of them securely.

Thanks, Stingray. I suppose I could keep a separate "summary" journal for manifested requests (which would just contain date requested and date manifested). Details will therefore be left out.

I was wondering just the same. I think I will do as Stingrey suggests, once accomplished, keep them in a separate box to look back at some point, and see what kind of person was I then. Nice idea!

I think you are misunderstanding the purpose of the "tools" suggested in this particular approach.

The real work is in energy as initiated within your consciousness. The box and the written requests are place holders for the work done in your consciousness. Because you can't stick a book mark into your consciousness so that you can retrieve and further amplify or "work with" that thought form.

If you place too much emphasis of the physical id tags that connect to what you want to attract, you may, one day, come home and find that the family pet ate all your written requests and actually believe that because of this, your dream will no longer be realized.

Have you seen architectural blueprints of a building before it is built? The building exists only in the imagination. But how do you work with what only exists in the imagination of the architect? So they create blueprints as temporary place holders for the idea until it is complete. If the blue print is destroyed that doesn't mean that the future of the actual construction is in jeopardy.

The box and your written requests serve the same purpose.

I just shredded all my manifested requests. Very concern with my privacy. As much as it amazes me the date of the request and the date of manifestation, I still am concerned if my box will be discovered, whether I am dead or alive.

whether you are still dead?

Sorry, its 12 midnight in my time zone, guess I am sleepy. What I meant to say was I do not want people reading my requests even if I am already dead.

Since I do everything electronically using word processors and databases, I tend to destroy the actual paper requests after they've manifested or are no longer relevant, but I keep the electronic versions securely. This also allows me to check what "active" requests I have without needing to open up the box.
