Duplicate of When you visualize, do you see clear pictures and colors like in a photograph? When I meditate, I am not able to visualize anything, I see black empty, nothing. I feel like I'm not doing it correctly. |

Open your eyes solve your inner conflict get to know your self. Do not try to force the process just wait fix a spot in front of you that is not there.Soon the surface things in you the things that puzzle you the most should come to you, though,idee,unsolved thing and not understood things in you should come to you from your self. take time to observe and learn from the experience until it is solved once solved it will not come back,it will be stored in the memory as solved thing,and you will have the next puzzle coming on the surface to your awareness. that is the beguining to washing the inside of the cup. |
