Why can't the spiritual realm figure out that just because we are thinking about something that just maybe it is something we don't want and will not attract it?

Why can't the subconscious discern or judge between what’s positive or negative?

Your subconscious and your conscious know the difference.

That is why you are able to apply the appropriate "label" to the energy without actually experiencing it

Attracting the physical materialization of the energy is has nothing to do with you being able to properly "label" the nature of the energy.

It has to do with dwelling on the energy and giving "life" to this energy in a material expression.

When you DWELL on the THING THAT YOU DO NOT WANT, you give life and physical expression to it so that you can EXPERIENCE THE THING THAT YOU DO NOT WANT. This way you physically test the experience that you first gave expression to in your consciousness.

This is why YOU are the creator of YOUR experience, which is totally different from calling yourself the creator of the universe, which you are not.

It is exactly like saying the drop in the ocean creates it's experience by choosing what is physically possible for a drop to experience within all that is available to all the drops within the ocean.

The drop can do this because it's source of inspiration is the consciousness of the ocean, otherwise known as the sum total of all the individual consciousness perspectives of all the drops.

This is your source of inspiration, the potentiality of creation which is experienced by you as "consciousness".

And from that wide choice, you give expression to the Back2Basics version of creation as seen from the perspective of Back2Basics

You are the portion of All that Is that is Back2Basics

And what ever Back2Basics chooses to DWELL on Back2Basics gets to experience in physical form, as long as it is within physical manifest ability.

If the nature of that DWELLING is what Back2Basics does not want to experience, then Back2Basics gets to physically participate in realizing what Back2Basics does not want to experience.

So that Back2Basics can physically realize the nature of what Back2Basics does not want.

Going back to the original question, The Subconscious knows the difference between positive and negative, but it is the conscious mind that "grabs" or "clutches" to the meaning or the perceived consequences to the "positive" or "negative" nature of what is in the subconscious.

The subconscious is indifferent to the "meaning" but it knows the difference. That is why you can go to a therapist and bring up your "good" memories or "bad" memories from your subconscious.

If the subconscious didn't know the difference, you wouldn't be able to bring up memories with specific feelings.

That sorting function resides within our rational mind.

God does not judge things as positive or negative either. Everything has a purpose. Death may seem like a negative thing to you and me, for example, but in nature it is death that clears the way for new life. Death is literally essential for life to flourish.

Our rational thought process may see the yin and the yang separately, but our subconscious/right brain see both as parts of the whole.

Good question B2B. Actually it is a good thing that the subconscious does not judge. If it did then we would never know when our thoughts are out of alignment with the universe and would not be able to make the adjustment to our thoughts.

You cannot attract anything to you that you do not desire. So if you are attracting something that you do not want then you have to rethink it. This way we are completely accountable for our own experiences and we make the choices consciously not subconsciously. I think this is great check and balance system and it gives us power over our destiny.

It doesnt judge.

Gravity works on bringing anything down to earth, aeroplane or football. Its just a law..just the way it is.

I wish it was more discerning and ignored the bad/negative and just acted on the good. Then it would manifest only good and filter out the bad.

But you do have something that can do this. Its called the conscious mind and will. It does its task and the other part of your spiritual makeup does its task.

On my car the gearbox does its function and the engine does its. I never complain that the gearbox provides no power, and i never get frustrated when the engine wont transmit power.

Two differing components working together to get the job done.

Wow, great question. I think my answers is a little of all of the other answers.

If you are the creator of YOUR experiences then I believe then you are the creator of YOUR universe for your universe is solely based on your experiences.

I also believe that our subconscious does discern so called good and bad by use of our feeling sense or emotional guidance system. LIke our other more popular "5" senses, the feeling sense guides us towards what we naturally feel joy towards. Like your hand pulls away from a hot fire or your head turns away from a foul odor. Your feelings sense guide you in certain directions. Now these are not conscious choices but guidance's to lead us in the direction of joy.

Much love

The subconscious mind's inability to reason is not a weakness. In fact it is fundamental to its power. To illustrate this, imagine if your subconscious had to decide whether or not your heart should pump blood around your body, whether or not to immediately send white blood cells to heal a wound, whether or not to walk each time you consciously wanted to walk.

The subconscious mind's subjective nature is responsible for every function you carry out automatically without conscious thought, from digesting the food you eat to healing a wound to speaking a language to driving your car - ultimately all your habitual actions. It is the storehouse of your memory. It never sleeps any more than your heart sleeps. Were it able to reason, your body would be unable to function and life as we know it could not exist.

Your conscious mind is the SEAT OF REASON. Given its capacity to reason and discriminate, your conscious mind has an incredibly important function. It is supposed to be the guardian at the door of your subconscious mind, ensuring that only wanted and empowering messages are allowed through. It is supposed to be the sole commander of your subconscious mind as it is only through the conscious mind that you can access the subconscious.

The least known, most mysterious yet most powerful aspect of your three-fold consciousness is the HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS or higher self.
