Because I can feel the rain today, No more no I don't just get wet
Where's gone all that pain? I don't know, don't care, I don't get upset
There's no blame, no insane, no cry, no worry, no sweat
looked out of my window and here's my flight chain,
the sky, the cloud, the rain, hop onto the rainbow, up, up, up, everything to gain
and not even done yet
One wind, one song, one whistle, one blessing, one light and one duet, this is how I fly on my own plane, even call it my corvette:)
No regret, no preset, no reset, no offset, no tea set, no cigarette, just glimpses, no not even Tibet, just me, me, me in my head?
Still at my window, there's no past, no future, was that me again I just met?
This is no fiction, there's no friction and its all there, for me & you to go and get:)
There's you, there's me, there's us and there's no fear nor any threat,
that's the basic vignette
That's all of us don't forget, simply let, let, let:)
Not a word in this mish-mash here is my original quartet
clearly I am no poet:)
But, don't you see, I can feel, feel, feel the rain...
I'm not in a state of mind to rhyme, but I find it appropriately fitting to share with everyone following song frommovie musical - RENT
...there's only now, there's only here. Give into love or live in fear. No other path, not other way, no day, but today!
Love it! A great song that tells about life. I'd even dare to say that understanding this song is like understanding life itself.
I am trying to understand this question here. When I see a question or answer in the form of a poem it is very difficult to figure out just what the one that wrote it is trying to say.
I believe you are saying you are depressed? You said no this, that or the other thing and you don't even care any more. I know from my experience that is depression, when you just feel like nothing exist and you don't even care anymore.
This will pass, I know right now everything may seem bleak but hang on there. This will pass for you, I know how right now it seems you no longer care that is because of being at the place of giving up. I have been there too but there is a light at the end of it all if you stick with it. Give up take a break sleep it off and let yourself come back to center, it will happen.
Until then know that things will get better, trust and believe.

Mornin, @Xoomaville. :)
I have not seen the movie Avatar, but got a visual from your recent post anyway, just from all the commercials.
I hold you, and several others at IQ, in my mind, and carry you with me to keep me company, and to balance and gather thoughts to share throughout the day. I am rarely lonely, and almost never bored.
I obviously have no idea what you look like, but you ride around in my heart with me looking like this now:
I am so happy that you are so happy my friend, but to me - you will always be a bit blue. :)
Keep the humour coming Guys and Gals , I am loving it !
Tried to explain about the site yesterday to a friend , she couldnt understand why I would be interested in anyone ( her words not mine ) that "I dont know " , I laughed and said new friends are great , but she has a technology bias , I giggled inside and thought , so be it for thee . Loving you all and having a great time , tis good that Xooma started this , cos it adds some lightness to a subject that can become way too heavy and serious and after all aren't we all here ( earth ) to "Feel Go(o)D "
I NEED to just say AGAIN, lol, how extraordinarily Happy I am to have been led by Source (insert alternate name if need be) to this wonderfull site and all the fantastic , loving , caring and sharing selflessly giving people , I feel truly Blessed .
Something I have collected along the way of my last 5 years intensive search into the Law of Attraction , was a statement by Wayne Dwyer that when you feel good you feel God , right now God "Feels" Super Sparkly Bright ! ;-) xxxxxxx
thanks you everyone for great contributions...keep them coming...
This morning I suddenly remembered an older song I used to listen to by film-maker Baz Luhrmann. The video is worth seeing:)

Ladies and Gentlemen of the class of '97.
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it.
The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience...
I will dispense this advice now.
Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth; oh nevermind;
you will not understand the power and beauty of your youth until they have faded.
But trust me, in 20 years you'll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you can't grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked...
You're not as fat as you Imagine.
Don't worry about the future; or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubblegum.
The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind.
The kind that blindside you at 4pm on some idle Tuesday.
Do one thing everyday that scares you.
Don't be reckless with other people's hearts, don't put up with people who are reckless with yours.
Don't waste your time on jealousy;
Sometimes you're ahead,
Sometimes You're behind.
The race is long, and in the end, it's only with yourself.
Remember the compliments you receive, forget the insults;
If you Succeed in doing this, tell me how.
Keep your old love letters, throw away your old bank statements.
Don't feel guilty if you don't know what you want to do with your Life.
The most interesting people I know didn't know at 22 what they wanted to do with their lives, some of the most interesting 40 year olds I know still don't.
Get plenty of calcium.
Be kind to your knees, you'll miss them when they're gone.
Maybe you'll marry, maybe you won't, maybe you'll have children, maybe you won't, maybe you'll divorce at 40, maybe you'll dance the funky chicken on your 75th wedding anniversary.
Whatever you do, don't Congratulate yourself too much or berate yourself either.
Your choices are half chance, so are everybody else's.
Enjoy your body, Use it every way you can... Don't be afraid of it, or what other people Think of it,
It's the greatest instrument you'll ever own...
Dance... even if you have nowhere to do it but in your own living room.
Read the directions, even if you don't follow them.
Do NOT read beauty magazines, they will only make you feel ugly.
Brother and sister together we'll make it through
Someday your spirit will take you and guide you there
I know you've been hurting, but I've been waiting to be there For you.
And I'll be there, just tell me now, whenever I can. Everybody's free.
Get to know your parents, you never know when they'll be gone for good.
Be nice to your siblings;
They are the best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.
Understand that friends come and go, but for the precious few you should hold on.
Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle because the older you get, the more you need the people you knew when you were young.
Live in New York City once, but leave before it makes you hard;
Live in Northern California once, but leave before it makes you soft.
Accept certain inalienable truths, prices will rise, politicians will Philander, you too will get old, and when you do you'll fantasize that when you were young prices were reasonable, politicians were noble and children respected their elders.
Respect your elders.
Don't expect anyone else to support you.
Maybe you have a trust fund, Maybe you have a wealthy spouse; but you never know when either one might run out.
Don't mess too much with your hair, or by the time you're 40, it will look 85.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia, dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.
But trust me on the sunscreen...
(Brother and sister together we'll make it through Someday your spirit will take you and guide you there I know you've been hurting, but I've been waiting to be there For you. And I'll be there, just tell me now, whenever I can. Everybody's free.)
