Spirit science is nice. As for the quote, I don't know and it doesn't matter, to me. But I can assume, it was a wise soul.

i can explain this quotes. when the mind is not silent it is because you are not at peace therefore you are not your true self. but when the mind is silent you are at peace with your self and are your true self.

Michael Ridpath use to say it a lot in various meditation circles and I attributed it to him until he stated the quote came from Samael Aun Weor
