Can u tell,the easy methods for balancing the energy chakras? Chakras are basically the vital centres of life force. They correspond to vital parts in human body.i.e. The major plexus of arteries,veins and nerves. Yes it's important to have your chakras balanced and open to allow free flow of your life energy. There're many simple things you can do, what's happening on the outside is a reflection of what's going on inside and vice versa, so take a look around and make sure that your home is clean and tidy, a blocked chakra is often mirrored by chaotic organisation in part of your living space. Be sure to have a balanced diet, overeating a particular food can cause chakra imbalance, food is fuel for the physical body but also for the chakras. Physical exercise is good especially belly dancing and hula hooping, and drumming stimulates the heart chakra inducing balance between the descending and ascending energies. Great suggestions - especially strengthening your core - overall balance. I learned belly dancing from a male instructor ... so I shouldn't find it hard imagining you belly dancing & hooping . . . but why am I laughing so hard.
