Consider: What is your first instinct, and do you run to God, or other people for help? And is it the need to be counseled by another, or is it rather the comfort found in waiting and praying to God?

The idea for this question came from an article I read recently while waiting in the doctor’s clinic.

To SOLITUDE. I repair my energy in silence whilst communing with nature particularly the sun and the waves. I still my mind then I wait for intuition/instinct.

@Aphrodite: An interesting point to think about, but did it work for you?

@ Vee, Yes, it perfectly does. The answers never failed me. Must be my fearless faith and complete trust to the Superconscious.

an alternative is inward or introspection,
give your bank of wisdom a few moments to review the event,
accept any instant flashes as variables,
recognize for signs of nature returning to balance/harmony,
then design a way to block it,
we truly are capable of thinking it through,
for it is each of us who is closest to the/our pain,
we are here to learn/unfold

I used to counsel a particular person but now I know that person is unable to understand me. I don't have any good friends so my first choice is always God.

That depends on what the problem is. If you have a financial problem go see a banker that can help. If you have a medical problem go to your doctor for help. If you have a mental problem go to your neurologist or psychologist. If you have a school or university problem go to your principle or guidence councilor. If you have a spiritual problem go to your minister or church elder. Whatever your problem is there is help out there and it is wise to seek help if you can't handle the problem on your own.

On the other hand if you have tried the above and you feel you are at the bottom of a dark pit and every avenue of hope is a dead end than it is time to turn to God. Tell God what your problem is and explain that you can't cope anymore and need dire help. Tell God that you are now handing this problem over into his capable hands and that you will not worry about it any more for you know that God knows better than anyone else how to fix your particular problem. Have compleate trust and faith that your problem will be fixed and I can assure you it will for God works miracles where there were no hope before.

Remember do not worry once you have handed the problem over to God for a solution is forthcoming. Of course this doesn't mean that you cant search for a solution to your problem for you surely must as God will lead you to your best posible solution. it is up to you to listen to your intuition and learn what is it that God is trying to tell you. Good Luck

i am so i do not run. i do not have to let the problem affect me. each problem have a solution. find the solution and fix the problem. if you are not capable to find the solution ask someone that knows the solution. if not give the burden to god. experiance and enjoy.

Proverb:12:25: Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad. Thank you.

I try to remember to turn to God in prayer. I also turn to EFT. Like the story about the guy stranded on his roof in a flood and prays to God to save him. When help arrives in the form of a helecoptor, rescue boat and a guy on a raft, he refuses because he is waiting for God to save him. When he dies and sees God in heaven, he asks God why He let him die and God told him that He had sent a man on a raft, a rescue boat and a helecoptor. So I use EFT as a tool that God has given us to allow healing. He is always with us, He has already answered our prayers, we just have to ask. I don't really have people to talk to that I can trust. I talk to my mom about some things, but not everything. Sometimes I ask it as a question here. Sometimes I can't figure out an appropriate question, so I ask it without typing the question, and then answer it as if someone else had asked. Sometimes that takes time for the answer to come, but you can't get an answer until you ask a question.

@ fairy Princess:Thanks for sharing this information, and I just thought of this Bible Scriptures Ezekiel 12:2 teach: "Son of man, you are living among a rebellious people. They have eyes to see but do not see and ears to hear but do not hear, for they are a rebellious people.
