I have borrowed this question from the book "The Greatest Secret of all" by Marc Allen.I Am happy to say that this book is one of my vibrational matches.I have been working with a forty watt bulb and now I have been upgraded to a sixty watt bulb. Not bad for being on sale for two dollars.

Surely, the greatest secret of all is the fact that there is no secret. When we are born on this planet, we already innately know that our sole purpose is to feel good. Therefore, there can be no secret beyond that. I think you may be on to something here Rani - I think believing that there is a secret is what may keep many stuck :)

the word is truth, are you able to know your self and other in truth? with out having to add or to remove some parts to conform to your inner darkness? you say truth is a pathless land,but i say to you i have just shown you the highest path. make the in as the out and the above as the below and the left as the right, only once out of duality can you have the full truth. but it is a very narrow road to be born of water and spirit. let there be light,be the light that you can be , experience

The greatest secret of all is that Jesus came and taught us about the LOA and the Catholic Church hid it from the people. The secret is, we have all power in God through faith because God created man in His likeness. We are like God in that we have the power to create. We are all one with God and one with eachother. Edit 3/31/12 If we are all one, then the idea that we are separate is an illusion. If we believe the illusion that we are separate from God, we allow fear, disease, what we don't want, etc... hell. So these things are not a part of God, but part of the illusion of separateness from God. If we truely believe we are one with God, then we wouldn't believe the illusion of separateness and fear and disease, etc... FP, you raise an interesting point for me. "...Church hid it (LOA) from the people." I wonder. I am not espousing pro or con on this, but I have heard things like this, often. The church hid something that Christ wanted people to know. The church did something that the majority of people find unholy. I can imagine a few "holy" men doing wrongs, sins, but a whole group? Wouldn't they be concerned that they were acting against God's wishes?

Even in "The Secret" movie. They portray a group of people sitting around a table, and one of them looks a LOT like Charles Haanel (The Master Key) keeping "The Secret" from the masses. WHY? Goes against the LOA big Time! If "the church" has a modicum of understanding about God, they might get the idea that man does not fear God for nothing and if they are actively working against God for their own purposes, mightn't they feel that God is going to make their afterlife an unhappy place?

Stingray, I am almost afraid to answer this question....I am sure that other people are, too! But I would have to say that the statement that made me blink hard and woke me up was this: Everything you need to know is already inside of you...You just have to go looking for it. My mind argues with this saying...If we already know what we need to know, then why are there so many schools? Then the right side of my brain answers back: Are we talking about the accumulation of facts, or wisdom? Hmmm, mulls the left side of my brain. So I was born with algebra already in my knowledge? The right side of my brain sighs. Look, silly, at what the saying really says: Everything you need to know is already inside of you... The argument rages on, but I am starting to understand the saying....So now I am going to pose this saying as a question, and see if anyone else "gets it"... Light and Love, Jai Hi Jai, I didn't ask this question. I only edited a tag that contained a misspelling. Roy asked the question.

The knowledge we acquire along the way points us in the right dierection but only when we apply this knowledge to our own personal experiences do we begin to acquire wisdom; with the acquisition of this wisdom, we begin to realize that everything we need to know was within us all along but we chose to let outer circumstances and influences from others cloud our perception.

I like your comment Michaela especially about the Wisdom. I think maybe it is within each of us all alone but it is covered by a veil of somekind that until we are ready to comprehend and undertand than it will be hidden from us and when we are ready and searching than we will find it. Wisdom will lead us there she is with those who seek her with understanding.

Secret means: Hidden, or a reason or explanation not immediately or generally apparent; a method, formula, plan, etc., known only to the initiated or the privileged. Therefore, it could be said that everyone on "inward quest" is an initiate of this group and privileged to the knowledge herein. I say the grandest secret is that the omniscience of God infers that we are one with and the same as God. Therefore, we are all gods and should treat each other as such. |

Right now, as I see it. Truth is the greatest secret. I do believe that if you can find truth, you can find God. If we all knew of this secret, I would assume there will no longer be any secrets. But there are so many proclaimed ways of finding God that it remains very difficult to find. People claim that God is you yourself, and others claim that God is God and you are you, therefore if the reality is of infinite, or the reality is of one. You can choose to look at both as correct, or one as correct, or none. How would you know which one is the truth then? You look for the one truth that you have, and that is that you exist. If you can conceive of that, then you must exist whether you are real or only that of an illusion. If you exist you have an experience, and you can use that to experience to find the secret. Thus, the next greatest secret is to go within yourself. Though that is not so much of a secret in its content as much as it is a secret in the importance of the content. God is God the absolute truth the alpha and the omega the biggest light in the house,the father. and he made us in is image(children of light). where is the confusion? is it because of the duality? (flesh and spirit,darkness and light,mortality and immortality) do you have a left hand and a right hand? are they both real or is one illusion? or maybe you see only the left one? and forgot that you have a right hand?

All through the Bible it tells what the greatest secret is. It is the key to all of our power and all of are hopes and dreams. The key to miracles, of healing and finance. FAITH That is the greatest secret. We can try feeling better to our desire all we want but if we haven't faith it is null. We can try thinking and visualizing our goals all we want but if we haven't faith it is for not. Faith lets us stay calm in disasters, we are even laid back like, "Relax dude, chill out, everything will be cool." Faith lets us heal fast when we absolutely know we'll be fine, everything will work out, we are healing everyday. Faith keeps us from depression, fear or worry. Faith is like, "Don't sweat it, God has this." Faith keeps us from harm as we are only expecting to get through unscathed. Faith lets us know we are watched over and everything will work out for our benefit. Faith is how we find the needle in the haystack! Faith is the key to living a worry-free happy abundant life. |
