I love EFT, but the tapping hurts my shoulders. I have cleared many issues with it, but I have recently discovered some new to me techniques. The ZPoint Process by Grant Connolly is very cool, but I thought that could use improving also. Then I got the program for Chinese Energetics. I thought that could be improved also. There is also Now Healing that uses the midline. So I combined some things I have learned over the years and came up with a method of my own.
I have been doing pretty well, and then when I came up with this I started manifesting oportunities to try it. I realized that I don't want to do that. So, I know there are plenty of people that already have issues that they can use it on too. Then I can use it at my leasure and not feel the pressure to test it and manifest oportunities to test it. So, would you please check out the instructions and see if it helps you and let me know if it works for you? Thanks.
For now I will call it EZ Deletion Sequence or EZ DS :)
Before you do EZDS the first time and only the once is necessary, do THT then say, "Delete all deletions to zero, then zero minus infinity, then zero minus infinity to the power of infinity." do THT.
Befor you do EZDS, say the word outloud that you are clearing and rate the physical, emotional, etc... response you have to that word on a scale of 0 to 10. Zero is no response, ten is severe response. Do this again when you are done and compare the numbers to see if they have changed.
Do THT. Say, "Delete all the ways I feel and hold in my body ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the physical and psychological causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the mental and emotional causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the psychic/epmathic and spiritual causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the unknown and remaining causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Here is the longer extended version
Do THT. Then say, "Delete all the ways I feel about ____ (This issue, person or group of people)." Then do THT, fully putting your focus on your hands and releasing the the statement, feeling disturbance at first, possible, followed by peace, calm, releif before moving on to the next statement.
Say, "Delete all the physical causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the emotional causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the mental causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the psychological causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the psychic/epmathic causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the spiritual causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the unknown causes and affects of ____." Do THT.
Say, "Delete all the ways I hold in my body ____." Do THT.
You can use the EZ DS and work your way up the Emotional Guidance scale starting at the bottom.

The midline is a plane that divides your body in right and left halves. See this question and Rindor's best answer to learn about the midline. The way I do it is, I start with my attention just in front of the base of my spine. Then I move it up through the top of my head like fireworks. Or, in my mind, I grab a handle in front of me that pulls it up.
At the end of each phrase, place your focused attention to the midline briefly.
Step 1. Think of issue
Step 2. Rate the issue on a scale of 0-10, 0 being neutral or no issue and 10 being the worst feeling. Or test using muscle testing or another weak/strong test.
Step 3. Say or think the following statements:
Take a deep breath Reevaluate on a scale of 0-10 and repeat as necessary.

My method is more involved with visualization or feeling and thought to imagine the thoughts as demons or something bad you want to blast away forever.
Yes I remember the deleting method from my Reiki teacher. Delete, delete, delete. Hers was a lot less involved and detailed, yours is a more thorough method than my Reiki teacher's method.
Oh I know what yours reminds me of the TAT clearing formula is very similar but it has the Tapas Acupressure Points held while deleting. The script is similar.
I have been doing this for any issue that comes up. The day before yesterday, I started feeling a sore throught and cough, so I did EZDS for, "Sore throught and cough," and "Getting sick." Yesterday, I felt a lot better, but my son was getting the same thing, so I led him through it and also, "Sniffling, sneezy cold." He said he felt his sinuses clear while we did it and he felt a lot better and continued to feel like he was feeling better. When he got home from school yesterday, he was sniffling, so we did it for, "Runny nose." Once again, he felt something in his sinuses and he began to feel better. We shall se how feels this morning. I feel even better than yesterday, but still a little sore throught and coughy, minute compared to how it felt the first day, and it got better instead of worse. Yay! So I hope you try it on everything.

Hey, dear- I have been wanting to tell you this for a while...I tried your THT method, and found that, for me, pressing just all my fingertips and only the fingertips together seems to be very powerful spiritually. It seems to work better than whole hands touching, at least spiritually and while meditating. I think this is because the hand chakras get empowered and their energy gets "caught" between the palms...also, it makes a pyramid, which is a power vortex-type thing. Please try this using all the stuff you describe for THT and see if you experience what I did. I'll be interested in what you think...I can actually feel the chakra (Reiki) energy flowing inside that pyramid, and it gives me a boost, even if I do it only for a little while.
Hilariously enough, it was Mr. Spock in meditation who inspired me, so this info may already be out there somewhere or other LOL. Maybe I just stumbled across it in my usual way- two years behind everybody else! Anyway, apply it to what you just wrote above- seems pretty potent to me...I tried it and had amazing results.
