I got this meditation healing tool directly from the book Quest for truth in the Health and Healing chapter.

A person in the book asks a question about his wife's disease of the autonomic nervous system where she gets tired often when she goes out, with headaches and nauseousness. Bashar then goes on to relay this message for his wife to use, and I rewrote the context of the wording so it is easier for anyone to use.

I haven't tried it myself yet but I plan on recording it to my iPod, possibly with some relaxing music or binaural beats and see what kind of results I receive in return, if any.

So if anyone is looking for a different type of healing meditation, feel free to give this a try and report your results. I didn't see anything about this anywhere online so I thought I would share it here at IQ for anyone who is interested.

This is one of the few times where I see someone suggesting to lie down while meditating.. I always fall asleep doing that

@Paulina 1 Your welcome, I hope you get some benefit from it.

@Satori Your welcome. What do you think of the book so far?

(22 Aug '12, 23:49) Cory

@kakaboo I think the position always depends on the individuals comfort. I usually lay down while meditating more than sitting up myself. Also, the laying down reference could be because of the ailment the woman had that was described in a little further detail in the book.

@Cory-I love the book Cory.As you said in your mini-review being able to actually read the Bashar principles is great.I like the examples so far about following your highest excitement in the moment even if it doesnt seem like the right thing to do.Im wondering if following your highest excitement is something that happens naturally when your in the vortex? Maybe I should ask this as a new question? For reference Cory there is an application called Scribh......

@Cory-..and both Bashars books,Quest for Truth and Blueprint For Change are available on it.Thanks:)

@Satori There really does seem to be a different vibration in reading the material for a change which is very nice. I'm glad you are enjoying it. I would say that following your highest excitement and being in the vortex are one in the same since following your excitement is a path to get or keep you in the vortex. But I also understand the point you are trying to make about being in the vortex and you just know what the next exciting thing to do is without hesitation.

It is interesting to me that you posted this meditation at this particular time.

Last night, I asked Wade to help me with Reiki, focusing on my Heart Chakra. I have been feeling as though it has been "shattered", but did not know why. I finally had had enough of this feeling, and asked Wade to try and heal me. I asked him to bring in his Guides, use psychic surgery- anything to rid me of the pain of my heart chakra.

Wade placed his hands on my Heart, and we played some beautiful music.

I immediately sensed pain, and then deep grief. At first, I resisted the grief, but suddenly, I felt waves of green light envelop me, and an Angel, sending balls of green fire at my heart. I felt my kundalini rise over and over, and began to weep silently. I knew at once what the problem was, and I cried and cried- not sobs, but tears flowed down my face.

When I left Mississippi last year, I had to leave my animals behind. I did not just leave because of Wade- I also left to save my life. I was slowly dying down there. I was all alone (bad) and smoking two or three packs of cigarettes a day (really bad for a diabetic) and I was trying to wean off the pain medicine that I was on for my leg. Remember when you all prayed for my leg? It had a horrible, flesh-eating bacteria, and I managed to heal from it, but I was still hurting and on an incredible amount of pain medicine...too much, I think.

So when I moved to Pennsylvania with Wade, I quit smoking, I weaned off ALL the pain meds (oh! what a process that was!) and I found a new life. But I had to leave my animals behind with the girl who rented my house from me in Mississippi. It was wrenching to leave those pets, but I had to do it. I was saving my life. I knew this.

That girl who rented the house immediately got rid of one of my cats...let another one die of neglect...my ex-husband had to come and get my dog and took him back to Texas to live with him.

But I had not dealt with all of this, and when I was bathed in the green light, I felt myself give up the grief. I felt myself heal. I saw Teddy in heaven, happily chasing rabbits and squirrels. (Teddy is the cat who died.) I spoke with Grandfather Coyote, who is one of my Guides, and he said that Teddy stays with him, and is quite the cat. "I never had a cat," said grandfather. "Indians like me do not keep cats." He spoke in a grouchy voice, but I knew he really was happy to have Teddy around- he was adding spice to Grandfather's life.

Great balls of green flame arched to my heart, and a great bag of green enveloped me as I cried and healed. I was still aware of that angel standing over me. Finally, it was over, and my Heart chakra felt whole again. I turned in gratitude to Wade, and thanked him for such a spectacular healing. In true Wade fashion, he simply said, "I just worked on your heart." Yeah, right. :)

So Cory, your blue meditation just has to work. I am sure it does, and will try it soon. But I had to tell you about the green healing, as it is similar to the effect you have told us about in your posting.

Here's the punchline: I wondered about the angel who was the commander of the the green power. I Googled "angel of green" and this is what I found:

Archangel:

Raphael, the archangel of healing, is in charge of the green light ray. Raphael works to bring people closer to God so they can experience the healing peace that God wants to give them. He’s often associated with joy and laughter. Raphael also works to heal animals and the Earth, so people connect him to animal care and environmental efforts. People sometimes ask for Raphael’s help to: heal them (of illnesses or wounds that are physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual in nature), help them overcome addictions, lead them to love, and keep them safe while traveling.

(quote from http://angels.about.com/od/AngelBasics/p/What-Are-Angel-Colors-The-Green-Ray.htm)

Incidentally, Raphael is Wade's Spirit Guide and aide when he heals people....

So I'd have to say that the blue healing light will work, and tremendously well, Cory. Thanks for posting!

In Thanksgiving,

@Jaianniah You are welcome. I appreciate the story that you shared. It's always nice to hear how we can use our natural selves to promote a healing in one way or another.

This meditation seemed to jump out at me and I just had the urge to share it with whoever felt the need to give it a try. I would love to hear your results if or when you decide it could be beneficial to you.

Will do! Jai

(23 Aug '12, 18:21) Jaianniah

I know you loved your animals, Jai, and we shared comments on our pets more than once. When you moved, I did wonder about your pets but was afraid to ask about it; I felt you had left them behind. I am so sorry to hear about all of this. Thanks for sharing this story and I hope you will continue to heal.
