Despite seeing Heaven, despite seeing the Mind of God, I guess I still have doubts about what will happen when I die.

I was just wondering if this is normal? I sometime wonder if even Saints have doubts.

Am I okay?

.. and what I meant by that was the same thing I said before, Heaven & Hell are here on Earth. We create either heaven or hell. We are that powerful..

I've no doubts there's no life after death. And I like it that way. I'd like to not be for a while.

I think it a matter on faith actually. When we accepted Jesus Christ as our personal savior, we became saved.

Some might say this is all just metaphor, metaphor has reason. The point is of releasing fear to have an awake, joyful expectation and experience.

Now when looked at, "Saved from what?", we see that God had bought us back from Satan. When Adam broke the only rule Satan won in showing God if given free will his creation would choose to disobey.

The stakes were high, the winning pot everything that God gave to Adam and Eve including all descendants. Everything!

So God eventually could not stand to see his children suffer anymore and came personified as Jesus with the mission to take on all of humanities sins forever if they accept it.

We accepted it but we must believe it so. We need to feel that when that bottle of living water was passed to us by Jesus we took it and said thank you.

God loves us more than we could ever imagine....

I was raised as an atheist so I have a little different perspective on this subject. We were taught as children that we had no soul, only a stream of consciousness. I could never understand how people could be so presumptuous as to believe they would have eternal life. As a child I was afraid of death, and would wish there could be a god to protect me. I am thankful that I didn't crater and fall into blind belief based on fear. All religions seem to me equally as superstitious as the ones where they read the chicken bones. My problem has always been to try to understand why it could be normal to believe that there could be life after death. I think you will never truly be free till you let go of these life after death superstitions.

please elaborate on "stream of consciousness". your participation here suggests you are seeking the truth.

By stream of consciousness, I mean the focus of the thought processes going on in your brain, meandering through time.

thank you for clarifying your beliefs on the mind-brain duality.

good luck on your quest for truth, knowledge, reality and beliefs. i am assuming you believe in luck. i do not know how you define it nor the rest of the terms i just used.

Do not expect, therefore, the carnal resurrection, which is destruction; and they are not stripped of it (the flesh) who err in expecting a resurrection that is empty. They do not know the power of God, nor do they understand the interpretation of the scriptures, on account of their double-mindedness. The mystery which the Son of Man spoke about

@white tiger- I am beginning to think you think you are God. I quote: "I am he that have spoken this things to you. WT, you say some good things...sometimes. And then you get on these rants. I think you are part pseudo-god and part nuts, I really do.

(21 Feb '13, 15:11) Jaianniah

He who has ears, let him hear. You have free will to think what ever you want, but know this i do not speak to you to praise my self.I only tell you the truth. You think that i think that i am God,Yet i have told you many time that we are made in is image.I am a little children of the light, telling you the truth, blessed are the pure of heart they will see God,and will become a pillar of the temple a little white stone crowned with the word of truth.Writen in the book of life.

Life after death is a belief, some people believe it's true other people don't ... the very fact that you ask this question is that you are doubting your own beliefs, in your own reality only you can answer this question for yourself. I would simply say that we live in a world of belief, nothing has any importance except the importance that we give it ... i consider that when we go to sleep at night we enter into the dream dimension, our sensations of the physical world become dimmed and distorted and we experience what it could be like when our presence is no longer manifest in the physical dimension.
